What is the Net Promoter Score and System?
Stardata has implemented the respected Net Promoter Score and System (NPS).
The NPS is a true reflection of Stardata’s performance as measured by our own customers. Based on three distinct customer ategories – Promoters, Passives, and Detractors – our NPS score is the percentage of Promoters less the percentage of Detractors.
By closely tracking our NPS, Stardata can compare current performance with previous benchmarks and react quickly to manage customer satisfaction.
